近日,媒體轉載了歐洲風能協會(WindEurope)的相關行業資訊,資訊提到一項開創性舉動正在丹麥進行……能源行業巨頭萊茵集團( 以下簡稱RWE),同時也是擴博智能在歐洲提供服務的重要客戶之一 ,目前正在40 臺海上風機上安裝西門子歌美颯可回收葉片。這種可回收葉片由一種“具有特殊化學結構的新型樹脂”制成 ,可以將葉片中的復合材料再次分離出來 ,并重新用到新的鑄件中。

RWE宣布將在其位于丹麥的Thor海上風電場安裝可回收葉片。72臺渦輪機中的40臺將配備西門子歌美颯"可回收葉片" ,預計將于在2026年安裝完畢。

這還不是唯一的創舉。
RWE還正在項目中多達半數的風機上試用二氧化碳減排鋼塔(CO2-reduced steel towers)。與傳統鋼材相比,西門子歌美颯的“GreenerTower”技術將確保塔架鋼板生產過程中的二氧化碳排放量減少至少63%。
“我們是世界上試用西門子歌美颯二氧化碳減排鋼塔的首個開發商,這樣一來可以顯著減少風力渦輪機的碳足跡。以可持續發展為核心,這正是我們行業的未來方向。”RWE海上風電公司首席執行官Sven Uterm?hlen說。
一旦投產,裝機容量達1GW的Thor風電場將為超過100萬丹麥家庭提供綠色電力。

The recyclable blades are made with “a new type of resin with a special chemical structure” which allows the composite materials in the blades to be separated again and reused in new casting applications. ? RWE has announced that they will install recyclable rotor blades at their Thor offshore wind farm in #Denmark. 40 out of the 72 turbines will be equipped with Siemens Gamesa's"RecyclableBlade" technology. The installation is expected in 2026.
And it is not the only achievement!
RWE is also piloting CO2-reduced steel towers at half of the project’s turbines. The"GreenerTower" technology from Siemens Gamesa will ensure a CO2 reduction of at least 63% in the tower steel plates compared to conventional steel.

once commissioned, the 1GW wind farm Thor will supply green electricity to more than one million Danish households.
