中國(guó)第三十七次南極考察隊(duì)中山站機(jī)械師
“最近有些忙,為迎接‘雪龍船’的到達(dá),我們?cè)谧鰷?zhǔn)備工作——維護(hù)保養(yǎng)車輛、清理站區(qū)內(nèi)積雪積冰、搬運(yùn)移位物資、交接資料準(zhǔn)備等等?!?/p>
11月初,柳工3臺(tái)956EHD挖掘機(jī)、1臺(tái)926EHD挖掘機(jī)、1臺(tái)856H MAX裝載機(jī)和1臺(tái)DW90A-H礦卡,搭乘“雪龍?zhí)枴睒O地科考船從上海啟航再次踏上南極破冰之旅。這代表中國(guó)大型挖掘機(jī)、大型礦卡將首次登陸南極,其中柳工50噸級(jí)挖掘機(jī)956EHD是迄今為止參與中國(guó)南極科考噸位最大的挖掘機(jī),將成為中國(guó)第38次南極科考的工程機(jī)械主力軍。
In early November, three LiuGong 956EHD excavators, one 926EHD excavator,
one 856H Max wheel loader and one DW90A-H mining truck were delivered to the
South Pole. This represents the first time that a large sized Chinese excavators
and mining truck have been sent to the South Pole. LiuGong 956EHD excavator is
the largest excavator by tonnage to take part in the Chinese Antarctic
Scientific Expedition to date, and will become a main force in engineering
machinery during the 38th Chinese Antarctic Scientific Expedition.
中國(guó)南北極地考察戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴
2012年8月,中國(guó)極地研究中心授予柳工“中國(guó)南北極地考察戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴”稱號(hào)。同年生產(chǎn)交付的“老前輩”——柳工856輪式裝載機(jī)和920D挖掘機(jī),運(yùn)行至今車輛狀況良好,現(xiàn)依舊是站上作業(yè)主力。
In August 2012, the Chinese Arctic Research Center named LiuGong a
“Strategic Cooperative Partner for Chinese Expeditions to the North and South
Pole”. This is the first distinction that has been awarded to a company by the
Chinese Arctic Research Center since it began scientific expeditions to the
North and South Pole in 1984. LiuGong 856 wheel loaders and 920D excavator that
were produced and delivered in the same year are still in good working condition
at the station today.
至今,已有6種柳工工程機(jī)械設(shè)備在中山站建設(shè)作業(yè),包括TC250-4汽車起重機(jī)、PSA210CS自行式高空作業(yè)平臺(tái)、388B滑移裝載機(jī)、856裝載機(jī)、926E和920D挖掘機(jī),主要用于站上工程基建、挖雪修路、搬運(yùn)和吊運(yùn)各種物資,清理站區(qū)積雪道路,修繕各種科研觀測(cè)棟房屋,協(xié)助地磁固體潮觀測(cè)、空間環(huán)境觀測(cè)、極區(qū)大氣激光雷達(dá)觀測(cè)、常規(guī)氣象觀測(cè)、海冰觀測(cè)等科研工作的正常開展等。

At present there are 6 kinds of LiuGong machinery working at Zhongshan
Station, including the TC250-4 truck crane, PSA210CS aerial work platform, 388B
skid steer loader, 856 wheel loader, 926E and 920D excavators. The equipment is
primarily used at the station for the performance of normal scientific research
work such as engineering capital construction, digging up snow and repairing
roads, transporting and lifting various goods and materials, clearing away the
accumulated snow on roads in the station, repairing various buildings used for
scientific research observation, assist in geomagnetic earth tide observations,
spatial environment observations, laser and radar observations of the atmosphere
in polar regions, observations of conventional meteorological phenomena, and
seawater observations.
而在長(zhǎng)城站中,柳工TC250-4汽車起重機(jī)和388B滑移裝載機(jī)也在有序運(yùn)行中。中國(guó)第三十七次南極考察隊(duì)長(zhǎng)城站機(jī)械師、廣西柳工機(jī)械股份有限公司韋蘇彬表示,目前他是站上唯一的機(jī)械師,負(fù)責(zé)近30臺(tái)機(jī)械設(shè)備和車輛的維護(hù)維修與保養(yǎng)使用等。幾年以來,柳工設(shè)備主要用于集裝箱吊運(yùn)、轉(zhuǎn)場(chǎng)以及搬運(yùn)物資等,運(yùn)行狀態(tài)良好。
At the Great Wall Station, LiuGong TC250-4 truck crane and 388B skid steer
loader are also operating satisfactorily. Wei Subin, a mechanic at the Great
Wall Station with the thirty seventh Chinese Antarctic Expedition Team and an
employee of LiuGong, stated that he is currently the only mechanic and is in
charge of the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of nearly 30 machines and
vehicles. Over the years, LiuGong’s equipment has been primarily used for the
lifting and transferring of containers as well as the transportation of goods
and materials, and have operated satisfactorily.

之前,為了解決極寒氣候中車輛啟動(dòng)困難的問題,南極機(jī)械師們會(huì)結(jié)合采用更換低溫油液、使用低溫啟動(dòng)劑或加裝電熱棒等辦法,啟動(dòng)和運(yùn)行設(shè)備。
極限工況,強(qiáng)悍設(shè)備。即將到達(dá)南極助力科考的最新一批柳工設(shè)備,專門配備了一些獨(dú)特的功能以應(yīng)對(duì)低溫、強(qiáng)風(fēng)、干燥等極端條件,設(shè)計(jì)上還增加了一些貼心的服務(wù)如特殊配置了低溫包,可適應(yīng)零下四十度的工況作業(yè)。

In 2008, Yan Wei, Technical Expert and "the first person in the polar
regions" of LiuGong, went on an expedition to the South Pole. So far over twenty
LiuGong engineers have already taken part in polar scientific expeditions. As
the construction machinery brand that Chinese Polar Scientific Expeditions
utilize the most in terms of type and quantity (sets) of equipment, LiuGong has
assisted the Chinese Antarctic Scientific Expedition for 15 years.
